- Open Settings.On your iPhone, go to General, then About.
- Read Model Name.Use the full name, including Plus, Pro, Pro Max, e or Air. Screen size alone isn't enough.
- Match it exactly.Select that model on the product page. Different generations and sizes aren't interchangeable.
Phone case options cover the iPhone 15 generation onward, including standard, Plus, Pro and Pro Max models, iPhone 16e, iPhone 17e and iPhone Air. Choose the exact name listed on your phone. Each design is a separate product. Final availability and fit will be verified before ordering.

How do I choose my phone model?
Check Settings → General → About → Model Name. Choose the exact generation and size on the product page. If your model isn't listed, please don't select a different one.
What is the difference between the collections?
Explore three product categories: phone cases, beaded wristlets and ring stands for the back of your case. Each product page shows its price and options, with fit and attachment details to check before ordering.
What do the product images show?
Explore the studio image, source photos and Closer look on each product page. Styled phone images follow an iPhone 18 Pro visual direction. Images illustrate the design; use the selected model and final specifications to confirm fit.
Are materials and protection specifications available?
Final materials, dimensions, drop-test ratings and magnetic accessory compatibility have not been confirmed for this collection. Please use the final published product specifications before making a purchase.
Where can I check shipping costs?
Available destinations, processing times and delivery charges belong on our shipping page. At launch, applicable shipping and taxes will be shown before payment.
How do I request a return?
Read the returns page and contact support before sending anything back. Keep your order number and product details ready; never include payment card information.
Where can I find an order?
Use order lookup with the details from your confirmation email, or view orders in your account once the store opens.
Is my shopping bag saved?
